Step 2: Send Your Return Package
Place the items you want to return, along with the completed return form, in a secure package and send it to our return address.
📦 Tip: Always include a Track & Trace code. This way, we can track the package and know exactly when it arrives.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 to 10 working days — straight to your bank account.
