How do I know my order was placed successfully?

After completing your order, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam folder or contact us at [email address].

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We usually start processing your order right away. If you want to change or cancel something, please contact us as soon as possible at [email address or phone number]. We’ll do our best to make the changes in time.

When can I expect my order?
The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. Thanks to this efficient business model, we save on storage and shipping costs — savings we happily pass on to you. This allows us to offer more affordable products and provide free shipping on all orders.

I’m missing items in my order — what happened?
Since we work with multiple suppliers, items from the same order may be shipped separately. In such cases, the remaining items usually arrive within 2 to 3 days after the first delivery.

The expected delivery time has passed — where is my order?

99% of our orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, occasional delays can occur during the shipping process.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is completely free. Thanks to our efficient operations and savings on storage and logistics, we can offer great prices and cover the full shipping cost ourselves. You always benefit from free delivery — no hidden fees.

What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
If you’re not home, the package is usually delivered to a neighbor or taken to a nearby pickup location. You’ll receive a notification from the postal service.

I’m not satisfied with my order — can I return it?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no explanation needed.
Items must be unused, free of wear and tear, and returned in their original packaging.

How do I return an item?
If you’re not happy with your order, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. Please keep the following conditions in mind:

  • The item must be in original condition, with tags, labels, and undamaged packaging

  • Returns must always include a Track & Trace code

  • The sender is responsible for correct and safe shipping

What if my product arrives damaged?
Received a damaged item? That’s not okay. Please send an email within 48 hours of receipt to [email address], including a photo of the damaged product and your order number. We’ll make sure to offer you a suitable solution, including return options.

Can I exchange a product for a different size/color?
Yes, that’s possible, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund as soon as possible. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 to 10 business days.

Where can I find my Track & Trace code?

You can track your order easily via the Track My Order page. Just enter your email address and order number to view the Track & Trace code and shipping status.

My Track & Trace code doesn’t show any info yet — why?
The Track & Trace info becomes active once your package is registered with the postal service. Please note there might be a short delay between placing the order and shipment processing. Try again later — the status updates automatically.
